2.1. Introduction

By using GrapzoNow’s services—app, website, or API—you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully; they form a legally binding agreement.

2.2. Account Registration & Security

• Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

• Information Accuracy: You warrant that all registration data is truthful and updated promptly.

• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.3. Placing Orders

• Product Availability: We strive for real-time inventory but cannot guarantee stock at all times.

• Pricing & Taxes:

  • Prices displayed include GST/VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery charges, surge fees, and packaging fees may apply.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after order confirmation.

2.4. Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, major digital wallets.

• Authorization: Payment authorization is obtained at checkout; final capture occurs upon dispatch.

• Disputes: Any payment dispute must be raised within 7 days of transaction date.

2.5. Delivery & Fulfilment

• Service Zones: As per coverage displayed in app.

• Time Estimates: Standard window is 30–45 minutes; actual times vary with demand, traffic, and weather.

• Delivery Attempts: Up to 2 attempts; unclaimed Orders returned and refunded (less shipping).

2.6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

• Do not use our platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

• No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or sale of access to our API.

• Respect packaging and delivery personnel; abuse or harassment is strictly prohibited.

2.7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software belong to GrapzoNow or its licensors. Unauthorized use is a breach of these Terms.

2.8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• “As Is” Basis: Services provided without warranties of any kind.

• Maximum Liability: In no event shall GrapzoNow’s liability exceed the total amount paid for the relevant Order.

• Indirect Damages: We disclaim liability for lost profits, data, or other consequential losses.

2.9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrapzoNow from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

2.10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Law: Governed by the laws of [Your State/Country].
